Carlos Martín Pérez
Mr. Carlos Martín Pérez studied Architecture at the E.T.S.A.M. (Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid) in 1993, specialising in Urban Planning.
Since then, he has developed various projects ranging from urban developments, residential building, hospitality projects, education, industrial buildings and renovation projects.
Of his extensive experience we can highlight such outstanding works as the Special Plan for the Interior Reform of the harbour of Aguilas, 2001 (Murcia), Hotel Riscal in Puerto Lumbreras, 2008 (Murcia), Refurbishment of the Bullfighting Museum and the Gunpowder Garden, Murcia, 1995.
Don Carlos Martín Pérez has built more than 1,000 homes since 1996, including 26 terraced houses in El Hornillo, Aguilas, Murcia in 2016; 110 terraced and semi-detached houses on the Paseo Mediterráneo in Mojacar, Almería. Year 2008; 148 homes in Torreguil, Sangonera La Seca (Murcia) year 2006; homes in Plan Parcial Rubial III in Aguilas, Murcia, year 2004.
As well as various single-family houses in Aguilas (Murcia), Mojácar (Almería), Puerto Rey (Almería), Marbella, etc. All the projects stand out for their elegant, pure and rounded shapes, the hallmark of the studio directed by Mr. Carlos Martín Pérez.
